Our belief is that recruiting is all about changing lives and cultivating success. That doesn't have to stop with our direct hires and clients. When we hire local talent, our communities thrive. That's why for every placement we make, we donate a portion of our proceeds to a local non-profit organization in your name to feed back into our communities. 

 

Who We Serve

GoodSeed believes in servicing the community ingrained within us- Food and Beverage. Our sweet spots are mission-driven full service and fast casual restaurants, markets, bars, and eateries. Basically, we partner with companies committed to sustainability, promoting great culture, and serving really (and real) good food and drink. We specialize in direct-hire executive, culinary, beverage, and management placements.
